全兴文,博士,副教授,电子科技大学资源与环境学院。长期从事地表弱敏感参数遥感反演基础研究及其在森林草原野火风险预警中的应用研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、四川省重点研发项目、863重大专项课题、重点基金等科研项目,发表SCI学术论文30余篇,出版专著两部,相关研究成果被科技部国家遥感中心列入《全球生态环境遥感监测2019年度报告》课题,并在近年来服务于川西、云南野火风险预警防控。获得2014-2016年电子科技大学优秀共产党员,2017年首届全国“李小文遥感科学青年奖”,2019年第五届全国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛四川金奖、国家银奖指导教师,2020年国家林草局首届全国生态大数据创新应用大赛奖。四川省精品在线开放课程《地球资源与环境信息技术前沿》、校级课程思政示范课《全球化时代的环境问题》、学位课《遥感综合实验》、跨学科实践课程《时空大数据专题分析》主讲教师。PublicationsXingwen, Quan, Yanxi Li, Binbin He*, Geoffrey J.
