[00132405]心力衰竭发病机制、标记物体系建立及其在全程管理中的应用

北京协和医学院阜外医院张健教授团队自2010年至2017年进行的“心力衰竭发病机制、标记物体系建设和全程管理研究”的科研课题,对纽兰格林和NT-proBNP等分子在心力衰竭发病中的作用机制进行了研究,同时建立了基于中国人群的NT-proBNP、sST2、galectin-3等正常参考值范围并初步探讨了其在心衰患者中的死亡预测价值,另外还主持实施了全国第一个心力衰竭注册登记研究,为我国心力衰竭发病和治疗现状提供了第一手数据。其科研成果如下： 1.发病机制研究 1)Tao An, Yan Huang, Jian Zhang*, et al.
