The characteristic that a CsI:TI crystal generates fluorescence effect under irradiation of ultraviolet laser is utilized, and energy of the ultraviolet laser is measured by calibrating linear relation of fluorescence intensity and incident laser intensity. With the method, the fluorescent quantum is enabled to be stable in efficiency and high in laser energy density threshold。
