风力发电场系统研发生产介绍
概述
以前用于风电场的风力发电机都是1MW以上的特大型风力发电机,这种风力发电机的地面高度一百多米,风叶长度九十多米,要使这个大风叶转动起来,需要强大的风力才可以。一般需要风速4米/M以上才能够使风叶转动,风速5M/S以上才能并网发电,且并网发电只有10%的设计功率。要想得到发电量达80%的设计功率,风速最少在10M/S。
由于世界多年来的风沙治理,大面积的植树造林,地球环境日益改善,使得风速越来越小。即使在著名的世界级“风库”, 全年风速5M/S以上也不足1000小时。内地就更无从谈起大型风力发电了。
我们单位研究开发了一款用“多台小型微风风力发电机并机组成大功率发电系统”方案,克服了以上的缺点。研究成果表明:3M/S完全可以发电并网,4M/S风速并网功率在设计功率的32%。7M/S风速能够足功率发电。3M/S以上的风速普遍存在于世界各个角落。如中国1/8部分地区3.5M/S以上风速的年平均3800小时。
性价比的对比
1MW大型风力发电机现场安装十分困难,因为风力发电场都是在废弃的荒芜地带,大型安装设备进入困难,安全风险很大,耗资特大。1MW风力发电机正常运转后,最终耗资1452万元。
我们单位的方案,是选取“无磁阻微风风力发电机”,额定功率1000W,1000只这种无磁阻微风风力发电机组合就是1MW。
无磁阻微风风力发电机安装容易,风险性很小,安全可靠。维护简单容易,维护中不影响正常发电。投资费用很低,它高度不超过15米,为减少占地面积,可以高低错层安装,面积功率比是大型风力发电场的一倍。
如果是定风场,如我们在钦洲市海边,因风叶不需要摆动,风力发电机密度很大,单位面积
比陆地不定风向高达6倍。再配上我们专利的高效率达45%的转轮风叶(普通风叶是32%),单位面积发电量更大。
1MW最终耗资650万元。
